I see that there is a new agent version for Windows, version 8.3. I have not seen it yet on the Downloads page in the Management Console. The newest version that I see under Downloads is 8.2.0.122. Does anyone know when version 8.3 is coming out or is this an issue on my end only?

we now roll out new agent versions in waves, not to everyone at once. This is a recently implemented approach on our side and it helps us reduce the risk of an issue affecting all users at the same time.
Because of that, the new version may appear for different accounts at slightly different times. Once the rollout reaches your wave, 8.3 will show up as usual.
