Hello!
Discovered today that our S3 backup is failing with the following error:
An error occurred (Code: 1003)
An error occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I have tried rotating out the access keys for the S3 bucket, and I still get the same error.
Any assistance or advice would be appreciated!

What is you OS, backup plan type, backup type format, software agent version?
Server 2019, simple cloud backup. Format is files in multiple windows directories to S3 objects. Software agent version is 6.3.2.205
First, you need to update the software to the latest version, as you are currently far behind.
I’ve now updated to 7.9.3.140. When the software opens, I see an error dialog that reads: Disk I/O error and the backup plans from the previous day are stuck in a ‘Starting’ state. If I attempt to stop the backup, nothing happens.
