Backup Source Window Blank

Hi there,
I try to evaluate Cloudberry Backup v 3.0.1.113 Linux GUI version on a Debian 10 (buster) box with a recent patch state. The filesystems are all ext4. However, building a backup plan (either cloud-storage or local filesystem) yields always a blank Backup Source Window using the wizard. there is no way for me to select anything on my Debian box to backup. See the screenshot below. Perhaps you have a hint to get it working?
Thanks in advance,
John

[reply=“John42;d1785”] Unfortunately, this is a known issue some customer are having. It’s going to be address in the 3.0.2 release (the next one). In the meantime, I’d contact Support. I believe internal testing has shown an older 3.0.1.105 release was working and they may be able to provide that build. I’ll inquire when the 3.0.2 release is scheduled and report back.

I see Debian 10 isn’t listed as a supported OS https://www.msp360.com/download/rn-standalone-for-macos-linux-3.0.pdf

[reply=“Anigozanthos;6449”] It’s not on the list yet. I’l ask the team if it has been tested but not updated.

Ubuntu 20.04 is also missing on the list of supported OS. So David, could you please ask the team for that, too.

[reply=“David Gugick;6409”] Thanks for digging into the issue. David, do you know meanwhile the schedule for version 3.0.2?

Hi there, after updating to the recently released version 3.0.2.122 I could confirm that the issue with the blank Backup Source Window is fixed on my Debian 10 box. Thanks for the fix.
