backups stopped working since yesterday, all jobs are stuck on fast NTFS scan.
also why there is no support for a paid product subscription ?

- Are you running local or cloud backup? If cloud, which provider?
- What is the backup plan type?

- What is the version of the software? latest 7.9.1.128 I updated today to see if resolves the issue, it is not
- Version of the OS? Server 2019
- Are you running local or cloud backup? If cloud, which provider? local to local, local disk to another local disk
- What is the backup plan type? How to check ?
- Are you using Legacy or New Backup Format? How to check ?
