Bare Metal Recovery from network via USB

Is there a way to confirm (or configure if needed) network connectivity from the bootable USB? When trying to create a restore plan after booting to the USB, I get a “synchronization in progress, please wait” message that never resolves. Browsing storage displays “retrieving data” that never resolves also. Thx

[reply=“Glen;d881”] Where is the storage you are browsing? Local / NAS or Cloud?

Current scenario is NAS, but have storage accounts for all 3 on the boot USB. Have done local before, so not worried about that, but would like to know if NAS and Cloud will work, and if so how. Thx.

[reply=“Glen;3091”] Which Cloud? Glacier, by chance? If so, did you use a lifecycle policy to move the data there or did you back up directly to Glacier?

No, not Glacier, Wasabi backed up directly. But current scenario I’m testing is NAS and initial question is how do I confirm and/or configure network connectivity from the USB boot drive. Thx

[reply=“Glen;3093”] You can specify the folder where additional drivers are located (in INF format) during the USB recovery disk build process. I think if you’re having trouble with this step, it’s best to open a support case for guidance.
