Is it possible to create a bootable image ISO file and then copy/convert it to a USB stick?

You can make USB bootable by Rufus or command prompt. here I will tell you to create USB bootable by Rufus.
1: Download the Rufus latest version form Rufus official site and install it.
2: Select the ISO image file and press the start button.
3: wait some time when the step is to start it takes several minutes
4: when setup completes 100% close to the Rufus program and unplug the USB.
