Can I Force Cloudberry to delete older Versions?

We have Cloudberry running 2 backups, one to Amazon S3 Glacier and the other to a local NAS

The one to Local NAS was set to keep 6 Versions of each file and to also delete versions older than 6 days.

The NAS is now full, so I’ve reduced to keep 5 versions and delete versions older than 5 days.

I run the backup again and it finds 39.8 GB to copy but only copies 62 KB and says ERROR Not enough space (code: 1506)

ive even tried just setting it to keep 1 copy and running the backup and again 39.8 GB to copy but only copies X KB and Error Not enough space (code: 1506)

Is there a way to force cloudberry to delete the older versions?

[reply=“John O’Malley;d2702”] Have you tried deleting backups from the Backup Storage tab

[reply=“Alexander Negrash;10006”] in the backup storage tab I don’t see the backups like that, its just literally the same file structure as the original data, presuming because I have File Backup not Image Based Backup.

Cloudberry must have a database so it know how many copies of each file it has etc, there must be away for it to run just to clear old copies?

[reply=“John O’Malley;10011”] I assume you’re using the legacy backup format, not the new one. Correct?

[reply=“Alexander Negrash;10012”] yeah using legacy format, think i may just need to delete everything an start fresh with the new format

[reply=“John O’Malley;10015”] That would be an excellent way to go.
