can not add an Azure Stack Storage Account

Hi, I expected that I can just add an Azure Stack Storage Account like shown here:

But I can no see any option in my client to actually add it:

I use the version 7.8.7.58

My goal is to restore a VM in Azure Stack Hub - is MSP supporting this?
