cloudberry is installed on a physical server,
the task performs as follows:

it accesses another server on the network and backs up to another server on the network

[reply=“Alan2020;3637”] It’s currently not possible to utilize VSS on network shares, so you need to back up those files when they are not in use.

[reply=“Alan2020;3637”] As Matt said. VSS only supports snapshots on NTFS mounted volumes. The way around this is to install CloudBerry Backup Server Edition on the server where the source files reside - assuming it’s a Windows Server.
