If I try to send diagnostic data via cloudberry, it stucks and after some hours I have to kill the cloudberry process.
I only see the waiting circle and it turns and turns.
Any suggestion what to do?

After that yo ucan send us the log archive via email to [email protected]. Don’t forget to describe the problem in as many details as possible.
Well, the error is that I cannot send diagnostic data via the cloudberry app.
I know, there is a way to do it from the console, but why isn’t it working from the app anymore?
Maybe the diagnostic data arrive with you, but the app shows that it still sends data…and it never stops.

The log file is too big 13 MB, so I cannot send it by mail. ![]()
