When trying to run a backup I am getting an error message that says "Cannot start service cloudberry Backup Service on Computer. I have been searching the help system and the only thing I have come up with is this:

If this is indeed the correct way to get the cloudberry service to start, I’m not sure what control panel they are talking about.
Any guidance would be most appreciated.
