I have tried, and tried, and tried, and tried, and tried, to get this thing to activate the free version, but each time a pop up comes up saying contact support. I have looked at the FAQ and I don’t even have an option to enter my email address. Just the link to active free version on the bottom left and an option to activate the free version. What the heck am I doing wrong?
[reply=“F22Simpilot;d1176”] What’s the OS on your machine? Make sure you have TLS 1.2 enabled on it. Also, try using offline activation like specified here.
This is what I see. That link must be old because I have no options like that. Further, I have not gotten an email.

I assume that your firewall has to something to with the trial request.
