CB drive possibly times out until you click on C: then back on CB drive

I have the latest version installed.
In windows explorer I click on the CB drive and i can see all of the Folders within my S3 Bucket.
If i leave it for a few minutes, then click into a sub-folder I get an error: either ‘Access Denied’ (using ‘Removable Drive’) or ‘Network Error’ - cannot access drive (using ‘Network Mapped Drive’)
But clicking back on C: drive then back to CB mounted drive and i can access all folders again.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My apologies.. Drive version 3.2.0.2
and mounting AWS S3 bucket.

[reply=“MarkK;9106”] I’m not seeing any open issues with the symptoms you are describing. I’d recommend you open a Support case to submit the logs, as they will reveal more about the actual issue and what may be causing it.

What Windows OS version are you running?
