We tried with software Cloudberry Drive everything went well but when it comes to exploring the mapped drive it is giving an error. Please see the attached screenshot

Hello Rakesh,
According to our previous reports from other clients such errors appears when drive cannot connect to storage account due to a timeout. Could you please double check connection of the machine with drive app?

I am able to resolve this it was due to “path:” which I mentioned different later noticed it must be container name.

Thank you for letting us know! In this case it is expected behavior since wouldn’t be able to resolve address without container name and that is why we get a timeout.
