CloudBerry: Incomplete Deletion of Folders on Synology NAS but Complete Deletion on Azure Cloud

In my environment, I am backing up files to both a Synology NAS and Azure cloud. Currently, I am encountering the following issue:

When I delete files from the NAS via CloudBerry, I immediately check the deletion status on the Synology NAS. I notice that the underlying files are successfully deleted, but some folders remain and are not completely removed.

In contrast, there is no such issue with deletions in Azure cloud; both files and folders are deleted cleanly.

Could this situation be due to a setting adjustment needed in CloudBerry?

[reply=“willyli;11109”] It’s most likely a Synology issue, since everything works correctly in you Azure storage. A quick search for “Synology empty folders” resulted in a bunch of discussions
