Hi, we started getting this error, while trying to do anything internet related in the app, including the backup plans:
“The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send”
PLEASE help…is it because of 2008 R2 and/or TLS related, or what?
Cause even trying to check for new version of the app(in it) I get the error.

Hey all, sorry for not saying this earlier…
I got it working!
I installed a pack of updates(Simplix) for Win7-server2008R2 till 03/2023, and updated .Net Framework to 4.8, I think it was some update from the pack, since windows update had only 2-3 updates available, and/but it always failed to install it.
