Connect is very unreliable to where i have to use Quick assist 85% of the time

Hi,

Is anything happening at the at the moment with MSP360? Connect is just awful to use right now. a simple remote support session 85% time turns in to a nightmare and having to tell the customer to use quick assist or even the free version of any desk to do simple 30 second tasks.

Its not just one computer, or me logging in from one location. its random and very unreliable to where i cant even trust it anymore.

The main issue is it just doesn’t connect “ Cannot Connect

Web connection is not possible at the moment.
Try to connect using the desktop application”

I try the desktop app and the same thing. Its making me look really bad to my clients, I can know longer trust it to say to a client, “Sure leave your computer on and i will remote in when you leave the office” because i know i need assistants to get access from someone at the computer

At the moment, we do not experince any widespread Connect service issues that would cause such behavior, and we have no frequent reports from other customers about such behavior and this issue definitely requires a more in-depth investigaton.
