constraint failed MSSQL backup

Hi Guys, We have a problem in a Job for MSSQL Backup which return the error listed below.

Failed constraint failed
UNIQUE constraint failed: sql_backup.database_id, sql_backup.date_created_utc

Could anyone help us about that?
