Been using a linux zfs based home server since 2012, since 2017 backing up daily to backblaze (first bitcasa, then cloudberry, now MSP360). Since late 2024 files are corrupted and cannot be restored from backblaze. I only found this out yesterday while remote.
No encryption is applied while backing up. The originals files seem ok and snapshots send to another zfs based server seem ok too.
It seems that a change at MSP360 underlies this (am checking if there is a client update on the server late 2024, early 2025).
Does anyone have an idea or experience that can shed some light on this?
Below a header of an xlsx file when opened as xls file (refuses to be opened as xlsx file with corruption warning). Files early 2024 and earlier open without issue
