I backed up the data & saw it on the cloud. But when another folder of the same name was backed up too, now the previous data is gone???
Shouldn’t it just add to previously named folder?
& can I recover the missing data?

First, send them the logs viatools > Diagnostic menu and provide as many details as possible in the issue description Don’t forget to refer to this forum thread. After the ticket is created please also provide a couple of screenshots of the problem.
