I’ve read something about encryption. But I’m not sure about one thing.
Is a session between the full version (the MSP Remote Assistant) and the RemoteAssistantQuickSupport program by default encrypted or not?

Quick Support doesn’t utilize the encryption, I would suggest using it only in critical cases and not for work rather more for demonstration in other cases I suggest using the full version of the software. In fact to avoid installing it manually every time you can create .bat file which will silently install it on the remote machine. Or you can try Managed version which is currently in free BETA test by registered here:

It has much more convenient deployment methods.
