We were VMWare for a long time, prices moved us to Hyper-V last month. We rebuild our Veeam backup server in the process, which had the older Cloudberry application.
Installed the MSP360 client (have a license that is good until 7/7/26 for Cloudberry) but are seeing this error.
Thinking this is because we changed the server, so hoping it’s a quick fix - do we need a new license number to be issued?
This looks like an unusual error. The key question here is which version of the backup agent you are using.
