Hi, cannot login to ACD. Amazon Auth page says my browser is outdated. Saw the post for BackUp with the solution by adding an entry into “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION”, but that does not seem to work with Explorer. Any idea?
Hi, have you tried adding the same entry to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION? It may work as well.
Also, note that you will have to set the different values depending on your IE version:
“10001 (0x2711)” for IE 11
and
“10000 (0x02710)” for IE 10
