How to add Google Drive & OneDrive when there is no enginesettings.list

Can you provide a default sample of enginesettings.list because mine must have been deleted.

Apparently that’s the only way to add Google Drive & OneDrive.

[reply=“Heath;d2324”] if you don’t have that settings file somewhere in your system, then you have a completely different issue. I’m going to assume it’s there somewhere. See if these directions help locating it and making the necessary changes.

I’m sorry but that doesn’t help. It references editing the enginesettings.list that I do not have.

Can someone please share it with me?

If not, then who would I go about getting a refund?

[reply=“Heath;8308”] Can you try reinstalling? Try searching your system for that file and see if you can locate it in another folder. If you want a refund you’d have to reach out to the sales team. Go to the MSP360.com website, and click on the contact link.
