How do I change computer ID? There is no longer a file named RASettings.xml in the program folder, as was suggested by someone 2/3 years ago (to delete a line in that file). Thanks is advance.

This file is usually located in C:\ProgramData\Remote Assistant you can remove along with all the settings or edit the line as was advised previously.

Just had my ID randomly change after a so called ‘update’ by Microsoft. Following the advice above I edited the ID back to the original in the RASettings.xml file and all back tto normal. Many thanks!f
