I know someone has to have asked this, but I can’t find anything here regarding this issue. I have attempted to use the local software to access the backups, but it seems to be hit or miss. Is there a good way to accomplish restoring data from computers that are offline?
Hi Marcusj,
To restore from offline computer use another computer with installed MSP360 backup agent.
Make sure that proper backup prefix(computer name) is selected in storage account settings.
If you use MBS, log in with appropriate backup user on another computer and select a backup prefix.
Proceed with the restore.
I tried that, and usually it works. However, lately it’s been showing me that there is no data. There’s a way to synchronize, but I can’t find it.

This would be good information to have from the console for backups when you click Help. There, you have Backup and Restore, and information to restore to Azure or an EC2 instance.
