The PowerShell script from Downloads installs the module, then fails while requesting the build. Install-MSP360Module completes. Install-MBSAgent stops in C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\msp360\3.29.201\private\Get-FileNameFromURL.ps1 at line 26:
$Response = $WebRequest.GetResponse()
Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Reading that response in PowerShell returns Cloudflare’s block page. The title is Attention Required! | Cloudflare, and the page text says “Sorry, you have been blocked” and “You are unable to access msp360.com”. DownloadFile never runs, so no setup executable is saved. The same 403 is returned to curl.exe.
Reproduced on 19 Oct 2026 from an elevated Windows PowerShell window and from a script running as SYSTEM. The module version is msp360 3.29.201.

Install-MBSAgent -URL $url -Force
The Install-MBSAgent help example shows a direct file URL, https://s3.amazonaws.com/cb_setups/MBS/...exe. The Downloads menu supplies the console.msp360.com URL above, and that request is refused. The known-issues article does not list this 403.
