Recently I started using MSP360 standalone alone backup more extensively and even got the pro version since I backup more than 2TB per month.
However, after upgrading to the latest version, it seems like whenever I started the backup, the internet stopped working completely after 3 or 4 minutes. Let that be on a wired or wifi connection.
And increasingly weird is that this only happened if I started the backup. Otherwise, the internet connection continued to work fine. The only fix for this was to restart my mac and try again.
At the moment, I cannot backup anything since as soon as any backup is started, the MacOS loses internet rendering the backup unusable and the mac also nearly unusable.
How can I resolve this or which information shall I provide to troubleshoot this further as even I am confused about how this could have happened.
