Interrupted by user, failed backup!

Hi, I have an issue when try to execute a backup from windows, after it try to start it stops and in the status appear interrupted by user, where to find more details or what happened?

Try reproducing the issue and send us the diagnostic logs(tools > diagnostic) for further investigation.
