Using remote assistant, the keyboard input from the remote computer is not registering or is registering as different input (I see the TM or other letters when I type). I can use the space bar, enter, switch monitors, just cannot type - in word, excel, or other industry specific programs. It was working earlier and I do not know of any changes and no one is at the other computer. Help?
same issue arose mid-session about the same time as Robin’s posted issue.
As if the session had changed from Full Control to View Only

I drove to the office and it turned out it was keyboard that was failing, so it couldn’t send correct characters.
