Legacy to NBF upgrade

Hi! I have some legacy jobs that backup files. I want to change them to NBF.
I’ve read the guide https://help.mspbackups.com/backup/about/cbf-to-nbf#types
It asks to run some command, like “cbb convertToNBF -whatif -n “Plan name””.
Where do I have to run it? Windows CMD?
