locking up after config import

Hi, I’m moving cloudberry from an old server to a new server. I released the license and exported the config on the old server.

Installed cloudberry on the new server. Added license. Imported the config.

Now the program fully crashes and locks up when I try to do anything like make changes to the backup plan etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

[reply=“BrianW;d9368”] Have you tried contacting the support team? That would be difficult to troubleshoot without logs
