I’ve noticed an issue with the web interface for accessing backups(https://online.mspbackups.com/). The first issue I noticed is that the storage is not accessible, and the only file available to view is a disk info file. The second issue I noticed today is that it is displaying this image when trying to access the data:

We have a customer that is requesting that he see his backup from a browser which was initially confirmed to work, but now I cannot access any of the data through the web portal. Is there maintenance going on? Is there a specific setting to add his data to the web portal?
I did call support and they said to resync the repositories and that was done but the data was still not accessible.
