Exemple : We got a lot of “An error occurred while saving the snapshot: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine […]”. I can’t see which VM are in trouble. each time, I have to connect to the machine and look in the logs to get which VM is in trouble.
[reply=“Jeremie Dufault;d907”] More details on the error currently only can be found in the logs, so it’s better to send them to us for investigation via tools > diagnostic menu. You can also click “open in folder” button to check them out yourself.
As for providing more info, we’re working on a big update that will introduce error codes and provide more info regarding the error messages.
