Multiple Endpoints Showing Overdue?

All of a sudden today, we’re seeing multiple endpoints, at different physical locations, reporting “overdue” on their backups. So we connected remotely to look and discovered on one that the services had stopped. We restarted the services, but the program will not even open. Wassup? Trying to upgrade to the latest version, and that’s failing too. Anybody else having this problem?

We got it sorted. Perhaps a .net update or something hosed the program. Stop all online backup services, re-install program, good to go.
