I’m trying to enable a freeware edition using offline activation. I got the service key from Cloudberry Explorer software and tried to generate activation key from Cloudberry web portal but it fails with “Internal error. Please try later”. Can someone tell what would be the issue here? what the error means?

I got the response from support team and they have addressed my query.
