It might be related to the user access level, have you tried doing it from the normal client ?
[reply=“Sergey N;3772”] If the “Quick Support Client” on the remote PC is started with a shortcut and the shortcut is set in its Advanced Properties - “Run as Administrator”, the problem is partly solved. Still remains a confirmation necessity by the remote user.
