Remote Assistant as a service

Hello,
been using TeamViewer until I discovered MSP360 Remote Assistant which I’m very satisfied with so far.
The only thing I miss that I could not detect any possibility to connect to a remote computer after it has been started, but before a user logs in.
Do I miss something or is a remote connection only possible with a user logged in?

This feature is called Unattended Access and you can find a step-by-step guide on how to set it up correctly here:

https://help.msp360.com/cloudberry-remote-assistant/using-remote-assistant/encryption-and-unattended-access

This is exactly how I configured it, but it doesn’t work.
When I log off on the remote PC and try to connect from the other one, I get the “Can’t connect” message. To me it looks like the Remote Assistance Service is only running when a user is logged in…

Or check-out the service status and logs, as it is definitely malfunctioning.

Re-installed the software and configured the service to run under an administrative account, the service starts without any error and is still running, but the issue remains.

In this case please send us the logs from both of the machines via Main Menu - Diagnostic, don’t forget to mention this post in the description.
