Remote Assistant for iPad error connecting

When I first installed Remote Assistant on my iPad, it worked fine. However, after connecting to a Windows computer via the Windows app, the iOs app will no longer connect. I’m getting the same error as Haitham Alskiber noted in this thread: https://forum.msp360.com/discussion/1582/introducing-msp360-remote-assistant-2-3.

“Error
We noticed that you are using an older version of Remote Assistant. Please update to the latest one available.”

I have three Windows 10 PCs. All are running PC version 2.3.0.52. Of three, two stopped connecting through iOs after connecting via PC. I’m pretty sure I never attempted to connect to the third via the PC app, but it now exhibits the same error as well.

I’m running version 1.1.1 on my iPad, and tried uninstalling and re-downloading, to no avail.

having the same problem with my iphone. my msp360 software is up-to-date. computer to computer on my small home network works seamlessly but issue is with iphone. jack
