Remote Assistant - Install Issue

After entering the activation code I received the message “Freeware Update Failed”.

Can anyone help me understand what has gone wrong?

Sorry for the long delay in replying.

It continues to fail - we have tried uninstalling and re-installing using a different e-mail address but continue to receive the attached error message.

[reply=“I Macpherson;6001”] This is really strange, please contact our support with the Offline Activation code, they will generate the response for you.
