I’ve done several installations of RA, but my latest install has an issue. When I attempt to update the address book with connection information (encryption key), the software just closes completely. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the software with no success. It was installed on a Windows 10 Home addition notebook. Connection to the host works, but having to retain/store encryption key information elsewhere is extremely inconvenient.

- Start software, repeat the scenario so it closes itself again.
- Start it again → Main Menu - Diagnostic – Mention this thread in the description. We will take a look at it. Thank you.

Prior to your reply I tried a couple of things:
- Disabled virus software, but in doing so, that did not resolve the issue
- Checked for Windows Updates (incomplete and/or pending). I noticed that the system had a lot of incomplete and pending updates. So I made sure all updates were successfully completed which afterwards the system restarted. Upon the restart, I retried and now everything works perfectly.
