Due to the requirement to update the remote desktop software from 2.4.x to the current 2.5.x, I’ve made the update. When trying to launch the software, I get the message “Remote desktop is already running.” There is no way to open the interface.
I have this on two Windows 10 PCs that have been updated and they both react the same way. Please advise.
[reply=“Spires;d2300”] Can you verify it’s not somehow installed twice from control panel? If you can see the two installs, then I would uninstall, restart the PC, make sure it’s fully uninstalled and not running in the tray, and then reinstall.
