S3 bucket doesn't show anything after files moved to Glacier

Running 5.9.1.192

I can see all the files via the AWS S3 Management Console, but when I go into Cloudberry (where I uploaded the files ) it connects but there are no files/folders showing.

Hitting refresh doesn’t show anything.

How do I view the files that I want to restore?

Marty

[reply=“Marty Enerson;d1488”] Most likely a permission problem. Make sure S3FullAccess policy is attached to the credentials.

Yep. I looked at that. Even had AWS look at it. I used this connection to upload all the files and they were there. Came back a couple months later and now I don’t see the files in Cloudberry.

[reply=“Marty Enerson;5340”] Were the files uploaded via our software? And just to clarify: do you use the classic Glacier(with Vaults) or S3 Glacier? Better to send logs to support via tools > diagnostic menu so we can take a look at this.

I used Cloudberry Explorer to upload. It is an S3 bucket with storage class to Glacier

[reply=“Marty Enerson;5342”] Ok, then we definitely need the logs to check this out. Please open a ticket by sending the diagnostics in and add a link to this forum thread in the issue description.
