I had to do a bare metal restore on a customer server after ransomware attack. Restore went fine and I can peform a backup of the restored server. However the management view on MSP360 says the server has been offline since the bare metal resore was done. Any ideas?

no, original hardware, just cleaned the disks befor doing restore

nothing under pending, just offline image on main screen
