Unable to connect to shared network storage

I’m trying to complete the initial set up by adding file storage account. The server has access to the share, but cloudberry says the path does not exist. See attached screen shot.

[reply=“Rodney Bell;d1072”] Issues like that can be caused by the infamous “Error code: 1219”. Check the console.log file in C:\ProgramData\Online Backup\logs.

If you see “Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed.
