Unauthorized Changes Were Detected (code 1013)

hi,
I just imported my backup from an exported file and it all looks good except when I run the backup I get Unauthorized Changes Were Detected (code 1013).
When i accept the changes it reports and saved but when i run it again it does the same thign.
It is an endless loop. Is there a solution to this?
