User credentials are invalid

Hello, we have been receiving a backup error on a JOB for a few days now with the error “User credentials are invalid. (code: 1008).”

The backup is on Azure Storage Account and we have already tried re-entering the credentials for Storage Account Azure.

For the same customer, we use the same credentials to back up on another machine as well, and we have no errors whatsoever.

What should be checked?

[reply=“Emanuele;11170”] Make sure the user account associated with the computer at https://mspbackups.com/AP/Users is the same you are using on the agent side. Also what is the software version installed?
