v7 format and S3 Glacier?

Hi,

  1. What does the v7 format File backup data look like in S3? How many files are created for say 1000 local files?

  2. Can the backup still be transitioned to Glacier, or parts of it, or does it all need to stay in S3?

  3. What are cost implications of new format for S3 with Glacier lifecycle policy?

  4. When do you expect the new format to be no longer marked as beta?
