When starting MSP360 Connect Freeware, it shows Disconnected and will not Reconnect

That’s not the case. It’s not good news for our customers regardless of the reason, but I’m not going to debate with you. Tomorrow is the date from what I was just told by the engineering team. Status can be checked here: https://status.mspbackups.com/

Anyone asking about credit for the down time: I would encourage paid customers to reach out to your account managers and speak to them directly. If you’re not sure who your account manager is, please use this link: https://www.msp360.com/contact/?category=sales

Connect should be up and running now. I just checked both Managed and Free and both are working for me. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.

[reply=“David Gugick;9916”] Sorry David, I’m still disconnected. Please help. Thank you

[reply=“Yen;9922”] Depending on where you are in the world, it may take until tomorrow. It’s up for most folks here in the United States. Keep checking though

[reply=“David Gugick;9927”] Yup, I’m here in Henderson, Nevada. Just checked again. Disconnected.

I´m in Germany. Same disconnected. ? ?

[reply=“David Gugick;9927”] I’m connected ! thank you David

Still not working in the Netherlands…Not connected

To anyone who isn’t getting connected still can i suggest ipconfig /reset
It made mine work again.

Sorry still asleep, that should have read ipconfig /flushdns

Thanks for that adders. Good advice.

Our users are able to connect now. Having to flushdns on some, but can confirm connections from western Europe and eastern US.

Thank you for the resolution.

[reply=“Chris Burke;9951”] Thanks for the update Chris.

Works again…:smile:

[reply=“Trudy;9959”] Thanks Trudy for the update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
