You don't have an active license!

I have a client whose Macbook emails a report that says “You don’t have an active license!”.

I checked the portal and everything (from what I can see) appears to be active and valid. I checked the software, and it is set with the correct license. However, I am left with the same result.

Are you using Managed Backup or Standalone?
